Evergreen Garden Estates proposes to review your multi- family development, investment and design needs and propose suitable design for your specific project. Once the preliminary design and initial budget is approved, we propose to prepare detailed drawings to finalize the project budget for modular product and site construction with a general contractor. Champion would propose to fabricate the modular structures in accordance with a mutually agreed to design and specification, as well as, a clearly defined scope of work and then deliver the modular to the project site.
